About the author

- Born 10 April 1956.
- has two higher educations (sports and historical) in Orenburgsky pedagogical university.
- worked as a teacher of history in Orenburg and Leningrad for 15 years.
- went hiking and mountaineering for 20 years. Trained in Central Asian military region. Has worked as a coach of hiking, mountaineering and skiing. Является инструктором туризма, альпинизма, горнолыжного спорта. Has repeatedly taken part in complex categorical trips.
- While teaching he simultaneously worked in mountaineering and hiking organizations as a: mountain rescuer, instructor of hiking, mountaineering and skiing, coach, head of children’s hiking groups.
